  The complex of our luxury traditional villas is located at Analipsi in Maltezana. It is considered one of the most beautiful and traditional areas of Astypalea and has some of the most beautiful and crystal-clear beaches.

  The villas are built on a plot just in front of a beautiful beach with crystal-clear water, which has a very small dock for 3 or 4 boats . Adjacent to the plot are two traditional fish restaurants where you can find fresh local food.

  At the next bay which is 1 km far there is a very small traditional harbour where local fishermen bring fresh fish which can be shopped on the spot.
